Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eligible patients with type 2 diabetes: 1. Previous history of type 2 diabetes mellitus, new-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus should meet the diagnostic criteria of "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of type 2 Diabetes mellitus (2020 edition)"; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Those who can understand and abide by the research procedures and methods, voluntarily participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form in person. Inclusion criteria for patients with diabetic kidney disease: 1. Clinical diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus with a causal relationship with changes in urinary protein and renal function meets one of the following conditions: a. Random urine albumin/creatinine ratio (UACR) >30mg/ g or urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) >30mg/24h, and UACR or UAER were repeated within 3-6 months, and 2 of the 3 times reached or exceeded the critical value, excluding other interfering factors such as infection; b. Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) =18 years old; 3. Those who can understand and abide by the research procedures and methods, voluntarily participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form in person. Healthy controls: healthy persons aged >=18 years without any definite disease who consented to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients with type 2 diabetes: Type 1 diabetes mellitus, steroidogenic diabetes mellitus and other secondary diabetes mellitus, Tumor, Acute infectious disease, Chronic urinary tract infection, Urinary calculi, Liver cirrhosis, congestive heart failure, Pregnancy. Exclusion criteria for patients in the diabetic kidney disease group: Renal diseases caused by IgA nephropathy, membranous nephropathy, lupus nephritis, hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis and other primary or secondary glomerulonephritis and systemic diseases, Tumor, Acute infectious disease, chronic urinary tract infection, Urinary calculi, Liver cirrhosis, congestive heart failure, Pregnancy.
