Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Health check-up population; 2.Age 60-74 years old; 3.Capable of listening, speaking, reading, and understanding Chinese, able to understand the requirements of the survey questionnaire and willing to cooperate with the researcher in the study, and willing to sign an informed consent form voluntarily;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of drug allergies; 2.constipation; 3.Significant electrolyte abnormality; 4.Colonoscopy contraindications include severe hypertension, intestinal perforation, peritonitis, abdominal aortic aneurysm, and severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction;
