Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old; 2. For patients with proximal humeral fractures caused by trauma, the attending doctor makes a diagnosis based on the patient's injury history, physical examination, X-ray films and CT scans. 3. Patients whose overall condition can tolerate surgery; 4. The patient is in the acute stage of a fracture (within 3 weeks of injury); 5. The patient was informed and agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological fractures, such as those associated with tumors, osteomyelitis, or simple bone cysts; 2.Gustilo-Anderson grade III open fractures; 3.Contraindications to MRI examination (e.g., presence of a cardiac pacemaker, claustrophobia); 4.Patients with psychiatric disorders or those who do not understand Chinese and are unable to comprehend or independently complete the questionnaires;
