Diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Interventions

High-intensity interval training group:High-intensity interval training, 3 times/week (patients exercise in the hospital rehabilitation exercise room >= 2 times/week), for a total of 12 weeks
Moderate-intensity continuous exercise group:Moderate-intensity continuous exercise, 150 min/week (patients attend the rehabilitation exercise class >= 2 times/week), for a total of 12 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All selected patients meet the diagnostic criteria for DPN in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2017 Edition)"; 2. All are patients with type 2 diabetes; 3. Duration of illness >= 5 years; 4. Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument (MNSI) score >= 2 points; 5. Patients and/or their family members sign the relevant informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe functional impairment of important organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; 2. Individuals with contraindications to the study medication; 3. Individuals with a history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 4. Individuals with acute or chronic infections and autoimmune diseases; 5. Individuals with mental illnesses or cognitive impairments that prevent normal communication.
