Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing pancreatic surgery for space-occupying lesions at the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University; 2.No antibiotic treatment within two weeks preoperatively, absence of severe diarrhea (=3 bowel movements/day), and stable dietary patterns.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged >80 years with multiple comorbidities deemed ineligible for surgery; 2.Cases lost to follow-up; 3.Individuals unable to provide fecal samples during the perioperative period
