18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>18 years; 2.Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status <= 1; 3.Histopathologically verified colorectal adenocarcinoma with complete resection of the primary tumor; 4.Imaging confirmed colorectal cancer liver metastases, with lesions <=5 cm and no more than 5 in number; 5.Absence of other malignancy histories; 6.Undergoing ultrasound-guided RFA for liver metastases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of extrahepatic metastases; 2.Patient refusal to participate in peripheral blood biomarker profiling or insufficient quantity of biospecimens for genomic analysis; 3.Unavailable tumor tissue for somatic mutation profiling via next-generation sequencing; 4.Tumor lesions >5 cm or more than 5 in number.
