Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary melanoma lesion located on the lower limb or trunk; 2. Stage III according to the AJCC 8th edition staging criteria; 3. Undergoing unilateral ILND for the first time; 4. Medical records detailed general patient information, surgical procedure, and postoperative management

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous surgery or radiotherapy in the ipsilateral inguinal region; 2. Allergy to penicillin or streptococcal preparations; 3. Presence of severe underlying diseases (cardiac function class III-IV, hepatic or renal failure, etc.); 4. Incomplete medical records
