Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status ?-? scheduled for gastrointestinal tumor surgery in our hospital were selected, with the following criteria: expected operation time over 2 hours, expected hospital stay over 3 days; the surgical types include radical resection for gastric cancer, colon cancer, and rectal cancer. 2. This study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of our hospital, and all patients and their families gave informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative sinus bradycardia (HR<50 beats/min) were excluded 2. Exclusion of patients with preoperative anemia (Hb<80g/L) 3. Patients with severe infection before surgery were excluded 4. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency were excluded
