Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy are aged between 20 and 65.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, 2. Patients with limited neck movement (such as rheumatic or degenerative diseases, masses), cervical spine lesions, masses, 3. Patients with oral and airway lesions, neck and maxillofacial trauma, 4. Patients with history of neck radiotherapy, subglottic stenosis and those with nasal trachea, 5. Patients with previous respiratory disorders, those with apnea syndrome.
