Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. First-time kidney transplant recipients, at least 3 months since the kidney transplant; 3. Usage of imatinib for at least 1 month; 4. Long-term regular follow-up at Sichuan University West China Hospital outpatient clinic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. White blood cell count 3 times normal upper limit or total bilirubin > 2 times normal upper limit); 10. Presence of any comorbidity that is expected to reduce life expectancy to less than 2 years.
