Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. People with chronic non-specific neck pain: age 18-45 years; Meet the diagnostic criteria related to chronic non-specific neck pain, the main symptom is chronic pain in the neck, occipital or posterior scapular region, pain lasting more than 3 months, accompanied by limited movement or rigidity in one or more directions of the cervical spine; Visual analogue score (VAS) >=3 points; right-handed; Patients sign informed consent and can actively cooperate with treatment and receive regular follow-up. 2. Healthy, no neck pain population: age 18-45 years old; Right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of head and neck trauma and surgery; 2. Clinical examination with pathological changes such as: cervical joint instability, head and neck fracture, spinal cord compression, tumor, etc.; 3. Concurrent serious diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, are not suitable for treatment; 4. The patient has received other treatments for chronic non-specific neck pain within 3 months.
