18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for open or arthroscopic shoulder surgery under general anesthesia; gender is not limited; age between 18 and 79 years old; BMI between 18 and 30 kg/m^2; ASA classification Grade II or III; signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anatomical abnormalities; combined ipsilateral upper limb nerve injury; infection at puncture site; coagulation dysfunction; tendency to bleed; combined surgery on other sites; local anesthetic allergy; long-term use of analgesics; severe respiratory system disease; severe liver and kidney dysfunction; heart disease; preoperative consciousness or cognitive function disorders, etc.
