Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease, successfully undergo coronary artery bypass grafting, and be in the early stage of fasting from food and water after endotracheal extubation is removed; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. No history of swallowing disorders; 4. Regain consciousness and be able to cooperate independently when the endotracheal tube is removed; 5. No auditory or visual diseases, and be able to understand Mandarin; 6. Both the total duration of surgery and the duration of ventilator-assisted ventilation are less than 6 hours; 7. Provide informed consent and be willing to receive the intervention method.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have severe arrhythmia or unstable hemodynamics; 2. Have a history of previous cerebral infarction, or be complicated with cognitive impairment, severe psychological disorder or mental illness; 3. Unplanned extubation; 4. Complain of nausea, vomiting or dizziness after extubation; 5. Patients at high risk according to the Apfel Score (nausea and vomiting score).
