Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: To participate in this experiment, the following criteria must be met: 1. Age range: Adolescents aged 16 to 18 (male); 2. Good health: No history of cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological or metabolic diseases; 3. No sports injuries in the recent period: No serious sports injuries that affect training or competition have occurred within the past three months. 4. Athletic ability: Possess 2-3 years or more of specialized training experience in middle and long-distance running, be capable of completing an 800-meter test normally, and achieve an athletic result within 2 minutes and 45 seconds. 5. Personal habits: No smoking, no caffeine supplementation during the experiment, and avoid participating in other high-intensity activities. 6. Informed Consent Form: I and my guardian sign the informed consent form to understand the experimental content and voluntarily participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent experience of major stressful events or emotional disorders: Mental states such as anxiety and depression may interfere with HRV measurement. 2. Poor training compliance: Those who fail to complete the required training period or frequently miss classes. 3. Have health risks: Have a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, epilepsy, diabetes and any other diseases that are not suitable for vigorous exercise.
