Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Total burn area >= 30%; 2.Age >= 18 years old; 3.The first blood routine test is completed within 24 hours after admission; 4.Complete clinical data and follow-up data; 5.Meets the diagnostic criteria for severe burns.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Special types of burns (electric burns, thermal pressure injuries, radiation burns, blast injuries, chemical burns, etc.);chronic kidney diseases or other serious systemic diseases (including but not limited to kidney diseases, hypertension, diabetes, etc.) before the burn, renal insufficiency before the burn;automatic discharge or failure to cooperate with treatment within one week after the burn, incomplete data or missing key data;
