Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-60 years with diabetic nephropathy stage V or diabetes mellitus with end-stage renal disease; 2. The first contemporaneous ipsilateral pancreas-kidney transplantation was performed;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Kidney transplant recipients have a history of secondary or multiple kidney transplantation, and a history of transplantation of other organs and tissues; 2. Recipients of pancreatic and kidney combined transplantation on different sides and at different stages; 3. Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency; 4. Presence of active hepatitis C for patients under treatment;
