Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged from 18 to 65 years; 2.Duration of loss of consciousness>= 28 days; 3.The diagnosis of minimal conscious state according to CRS-RA was defined as minimal conscious state; 4.Informed consent was obtained from the patient's legal guardian;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There were unstable vital signs such as severe infection and coagulation dysfunction. 2.Inability to move lower limbs with thrombosis or other disease factors; 3.Metal implants in the lower limbs; 4.Severe osteoporosis.
