Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infants diagnosed with ROP or hemangioma; 2. Preterm infants with gestational age < 32 weeks or birth weight < 2000g; 3. Patients are willing to sign ethical informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infectious diseases such as HIV, syphilis, hepatitis or cytomegalovirus infection; 2. Major systemic diseases, such as congenital metabolic diseases, blood diseases, etc. 3. Other ocular abnormalities, such as congenital cataract, glaucoma or defect; 4. Major general deformity; 5. Abnormal coagulation status.
