Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The ARCO stage of femoral head necrosis was ?-?B at the first outpatient imaging. (2) Complete follow-up records of enrolled patients, including the first and last imaging examinations; The follow-up imaging data were complete enough to show the outcome of the disease and the imaging indicators needed to observe (complete bilateral hip anteroposterior and frog lateral DR Films and CT plain scan). 3. There was no internal fixation in the first image (no previous hip surgery); 4. Follow-up records for > 6 months (or interventional femoral head replacement or hip preservation surgery during the follow-up period, the time before surgery was recorded for > 6 months) 5.18 years old < patient age < 80 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Imaging at the first visit revealed other conditions affecting ONFH progression assessment, such as osteoarthritis or congenital hip deformity; 2.Incomplete or non-diagnostic imaging data.
