Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Children diagnosed with spastic cerebral palsy (aged 3–12 years); 2)Ability to maintain independent sitting; classified as GMFCS levels I–III; those classified as GMFCS level IV may be included if able to maintain seated position safely with assistive devices; 3)No prior history of hippotherapy (equine-assisted therapy); 4)Parent/guardian provides signed informed consent and agrees to comply with scheduled assessments and follow-ups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals with severe cardiopulmonary diseases or uncontrolled epileptic seizures; 2)Those with severe cognitive or communication impairments that preclude cooperation with interventions and assessments; 3)Presence of musculoskeletal abnormalities (e.g., hip subluxation/dislocation) that restrict riding movements; 4)Recent participation in other rehabilitation research intervention programs.
