18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Postpartum 6 weeks to 1 year with lochia cleared; (2) Parity 2 cm, low back pain or pelvic girdle pain with a Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score > 3, urinary leakage during coughing and sneezing and/or during physical exercise. (6) Postpartum women without severe systemic complications; (7) Patients and their family members have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with a history of other major diseases or surgeries; (2) Congenital abdominal wall dysplasia; (3) Those with postpartum hemorrhage or incision infection; (4) Severe or complex pelvic floor comprehensive diseases; (5) Those with exercise contraindications; (6) Patients with hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia; (7) Those with poor compliance and unable to receive treatment as scheduled.
