Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients ranged in age from 3 to 18 years; 2.A patient who visited the Department of Dermatology of the Children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University and was diagnosed with atopic dermatitis; 3.Patients with moderate to severe specific dermatitis with an SCORAD score >= 25 and with clear active skin lesions (such as erythema, papules, exudation or lichenification); 4.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form and be able to understand and abide by the research process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The inclusion criteria were not met; 2.Combined with other skin diseases, such as psoriasis, contact dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, etc; 3.Combined systemic diseases, such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, active infections (such as HIV, hepatitis B, tuberculosis), uncontrolled diabetes, history of malignant tumors or immunodeficiency diseases, etc; 4.At the same time, participate in other clinical research: Have participated in other interventional clinical trials within the past three months; 5.Poor compliance: Unable to cooperate with clinical diagnosis and treatment processes, etc.
