Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A convenience sampling method will be conducted to select healthy children aged 3-6 years who will receive routine health examinations at four pediatric outpatient clinics of the Women and Children's Medical Center.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with a history of resuscitation, asphyxia, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, intracranial hemorrhage, or prematurity; 2.Children with severe physiological conditions, including congenital heart disease, cleft lip and palate, digestive tract atresia, biliary atresia, Hirschsprung's disease, skeletal developmental abnormalities, and respiratory system disorders; 3.Children with neurodevelopmental disorders such as developmental delay and Down syndrome; 4.Children with conditions affecting children's sleep, including rickets and allergic diseases; 5.Families unwilling to participate or with parental mental health conditions that could potentially compromise their ability to objectively assess their children's sleep patterns.
