Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with periodontal disease (gingivitis or periodontitis). 2.Aged 18–35 years, any gender. 3.Generally healthy, without a confirmed diagnosis of systemic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, or autoimmune disorders. 4.Voluntarily willing to participate in the study and able to provide written informed consent. 5.Sedentary lifestyle, defined as predominantly low-energy activities (= 8 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History or current presence of severe systemic diseases, such as diabetes, coronary heart disease, chronic liver or kidney disease, or neurological disorders. 2.Presence of acute periodontal infection or receipt of periodontal treatment or antibiotic therapy within the past month. 3.Pregnancy or breastfeeding. 4.Current smokers or those with a history of smoking, due to its significant impact on periodontal health and exercise metabolism. 5.History of drug or alcohol abuse, or psychological/behavioral disorders affecting adherence. 6.Inability to complete the exercise intervention or limitations in physical activity, such as musculoskeletal disorders, severe obesity, or history of exercise-related injuries. 7.Unwillingness to sign the informed consent form or poor adherence to study procedures.
