18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of BD/MDD in ICD-10; 2. 18-60 years old. 3. Able to understand and read Chinese; 4. Patients and guardians gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other mental illness, intellectual disability, dementia or severe cognitive impairment that meets the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria; 2. Mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances or non-addictive substances; 3. Brain organic mental disorders; 4. Severe physical diseases; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Antibiotics in the past 2 months, or fiber supplements or microbial active bacteria or laxatives in the past 6 weeks; 7. History of intestinal diseases, such as uncontrollable, recurrent diarrhea, active peptic ulcer, or gastrointestinal bleeding; 8. Participate in or prepare to participate in other clinical studies.
