45 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective surgery with planned hospitalization for more than 3 days; 2. Age >=65 years old, or >=45 years old with a history of coronary artery disease, peripheral artery disease or stroke; 3. Level 3 or 4 non-cardiac surgery in the National Health Office Medical Administration [2022] No. 18 "Measures for the Classification of Surgery in Medical Institutions".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgery involving the heart, or undergoing heart surgery 14 days before surgery; 2. Acute or old myocardial infarction before surgery; 3. Repeated surgery within one year.
