Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with newly diagnosed gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), confirmed by clinical evaluation. 2.Local residents who can comply with the study follow-up requirements. 3.Individuals who voluntarily agree to participate in the study after being fully informed and providing written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have used medications that could significantly affect the gut microbiota within the past three months, including antibiotics and metformin. 2.Patients with active malignancies or major cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases. 3.Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 4.Other conditions determined by the clinical investigator that might interfere with the study outcomes.
