Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis: Clear clinical and imaging diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) rupture; 2. Surgical criteria: Same as the treatment group, arthroscopic reconstruction, with residual ligament end preservation, single-bundle reconstruction, isometric reconstruction, and no other surgical procedures combined except for ACL reconstruction; 3. Age and gender: Age (18-60) years old, gender unrestricted; 4. Surgical timing: Within 6 months after ACL rupture; 5. Postoperative condition: No postoperative ligament loosening, revision, wound infection or other related complications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other knee joint diseases: If there are other knee joint diseases, such as severe osteoarthritis, knee joint infections, etc; 2. History of knee surgery: There was a history of other surgeries before the ACL reconstruction of the affected knee; 3. Severe systemic diseases: Such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and other unstable chronic diseases; 4. Preoperative functional impairment: There is significant limitation of movement or severe muscle atrophy; 5. Other factors that may affect the study.
