Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women who underwent in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF/ICSI) treatment due to infertility in the Reproductive Medical Center of the First People's Hospital of Foshan, 20 years old <= age <=42 years old; 2.At least one cycle of IVF/ICSI treatment without the use of growth hormone (GH) in the previous treatment, the available embryo rate <=1/3 (including the patient with zero retrieved oocytes), and the number of available embryos <=3; 3. Need to continue the second cycle of IVF/ICSI treatment; 4. Signed the informed consent, promised to abide by the research procedures, and cooperated with the implementation of the whole process of the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There were uterine malformations, intrauterine adhesions; 2.The presence of chromosomal abnormalities in either spouse; 3.There are contraindications to the use of GH: history of malignant tumors, history of immunosuppressive treatment due to severe rheumatic immune diseases, severe infections, diabetes, hypothyroidism, and hemangiomas.
