Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old, <=65 years old; 2. The diagnosis of ulcerative colitis patients meets the diagnostic criteria of our country's "Consensus Opinions on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (2018 • Beijing)". 3. Glucocorticoid resistance is defined as the disease is still active after treatment with a dose equivalent to prednisone of 0.7-1 mg/(kg·d) for more than 4 weeks. 4. Agree and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unclear diagnosis of colitis; 2. Patients with autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases and tumor diseases at the same time; 3. Patients with other serious heart, lung, kidney and other diseases; 4. Combined with retinal disease, diabetes, malignant hypertension, lupus erythematosus and other connective tissue diseases.
