Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Inclusion criteria for participants: 1) elderly residents of the community; 2) able to communicate fluently; 3) aged over 60; 4) score >6 on the Abbreviated Mental Test. 2: The decision-making agent of the subject must meet the following criteria simultaneously: they must be the spouse, child, son-in-law, or daughter-in-law of the subject; they must be over 18 years old; they must be able to communicate fluently; they must be familiar with the subject's health status; they must have a good relationship with the subject; and they must score >6 on the Abbreviated Mental Test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Not a permanent resident of the community; 2) Unable to communicate fluently in language; 3) Score below 6 on the Brief Intelligence Test.
