Low-dose dexamethasone(DXM) group:Dexamethasone 5mg iv
High-dose dexamethasone(DXM) group:Dexamethasone 15mg iv

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. ASA I-III level; 3. Scheduled for thoracoscopic esophagectomy (open chest or thoracoscopic/ artificial pneumothorax combined with laparoscopic or open abdominal surgery); 4. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants were used within 1 month before surgery; 2.Diabetes mellitus (HbA1c>=7.0%) or fasting blood glucose >=11.1mmol/L; 3.Active infection; 4.Hepatic and renal dysfunction (Child-Pugh B/C or eGFR<30).
