Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the relevant diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure in the 2018 edition of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure" and be classified as grade II to IV by the New York Heart Association of the United States. 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. The patient is aware of the purpose and process of this study and voluntarily participates.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with liver or kidney failure caused by concurrent malignant tumors, liver or kidney diseases, or other conditions; 2. Those with combined mental abnormalities and cognitive dysfunction.
