Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the ESC/HFSA diagnostic criteria for heart failure (typical symptoms or signs, abnormal LVEF or changes in cardiac structure, elevated BNP/NT-proBNP) are clearly diagnosed with chronic heart failure (>=3 months); 2. After treatment at the maximum tolerated dose based on evidence-based medical guidelines, patients still have New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional classification symptoms of grade II or III; 3. Age >= 18, covering both outpatient and inpatient populations; 4. Patients considered suitable for enrollment by the investigator.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.It is in the stage of acute heart failure and has not been controlled; 2.Uncontrolled arrhythmia or exertional angina; 3.Severe or symptomatic aortic stenosis; 4.Persistent hypotension or a recent (< 3 months) myocardial infarction, percutaneous coronary intervention, implantation of an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator or biventricular pacemaker, or an automated implantable cardioverter-defibrillator shock. 5.Patients with advanced malignant tumors, end-stage renal disease, liver failure and active rheumatic immune diseases; 6.Patients who are physically disabled or unable to complete an assessment for sarcopenia (e.g., severe arthritis, post-stroke hemiplegia, severe psychiatric illness, etc.); 7.Other relevant patients who were deemed by the investigators to be ineligible for enrollment.
