Interventions

RC120 Navigation System Group (Observation Group):The assisted puncture navigation and positioning system is used to guide needle biopsy procedures.
Conventional CT guided group (control group):Routine needle biopsy manipulation with CT guidance is performed.

18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 18 to 90 years old (inclusive of both 18 and 90); 2.Pulmonary nodules require pathological diagnosis; 3.Good compliance can facilitate the completion of percutaneous biopsies and other requirements of this study; 4.Voluntarily participate in clinical trials and sign an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Uncorrectable coagulopathy or the presence of ongoing anticoagulation therapy; 2.Have a tendency to bleed; 3.Patients with severe cardiovascular disease or emphysema or pulmonary hypertension, unable to cooperate with posture and breathing commands; 4.Pregnant or lactating; 5.Those who have five positive tests for infectious diseases, combined with other clinical manifestations, will be comprehensively judged by the investigator; 6.Patients who are considered by other investigators to be unsuitable for enrollment.
