Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Hospitalized diagnosis: Diabetic patient (HbA1C >= 6.5%, fasting blood glucose >= 126mg/dL or plasma glucose >= 200mg/dL after an oral glucose load of 75g); 2 Dynamic blood glucose monitoring was conducted during hospitalization; 3 Complete blood count, blood biochemistry (blood glucose, blood lipids, liver and kidney function) were performed during hospitalization; 4 Patients who are currently taking new hypoglycemic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Those with severe cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease or with clear monogenic genetic diseases, chronic wasting diseases, combined with heart failure, asthma, etc.; 2 Taking new hypoglycemic drugs concurrently; 3 Excluding special types of diabetes; 4 Taking contraceptive pills or pregnant women; 5 Known to have hypersensitivity reactions or contraindications to the study drugs; 6 Psychological and social reasons, alcohol or drug abuse that affect participation in the study and follow-up.
