Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis; 2.Patients who have consented to participate in the study; 3.Have a correct understanding of the significance of the study, and have a good compliance with the observation and evaluation of researchers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are unable to cooperate with the implementation of the 5A model of care; 2.Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, hyperthyroidism and hematopoiesis; 3.Mentally ill and severely neurotic patients; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Patients with stroke, dementia, malignancy, severe heart and lung disease, long-term steroid use; 6.Who are participating in other clinical trials.
