Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnostic criteria for Type I AIP are based on the 2019 classification criteria of the American College of Rheumatology/European League Against Rheumatism or the 2020 diagnostic criteria of Japanese AIP. 2.Diagnosed with Type I AIP and received the first time induction therapy. The patient had not received treatment with glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, or B-cell-targeted biologics before.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 years old or more than 75 years old; 2. Previous treatment with hormones, immunosuppressants or B-cell targeted biologics; 3. Combined with clinically similar diseases to IgG4: such as Sjögren's syndrome, polyangiitic granulomatosis, sarcoidosis, eosinophilic granulomatous polyangiitis, etc.; 4. Combined with malignant tumors; 5. Combined with serious and irreversible organ damage; 6. Concomitant active infection; 7. Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
