Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selection criteria of keloid group: keloid tissue that needs to be removed during the operation for keloid patients who meet the surgical indications; Selection criteria of normal control group: Normal prepuce skin tissue that needs to be removed during the operation for the patients with partial skin excision or redundant prepuce.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Keloid tissue that is locally infexted; 2. Keloid tissue suspected of canceration; 3. Keloid tissue that has been treated with radiotherapy;
