Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.No restriction on sex; age >= 18 years; 2.Currently hospitalized; 3.Chinese nationality; 4.Permanent resident of China (residing outside of China no more than one month per year); 5.Able to comprehend the content and meaning of the questionnaire; 6.Capable of completing the electronic questionnaire independently or with assistance from the investigator; 7.Key study information must be disclosed to patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of psychiatric disorders that remain unresolved; 2.Presence of disabilities or cognitive impairments; 3.Participation in other similar research studies; 4.Unwilling to cooperate;
