Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed with acute leukemia (including lymphoid, non-lymphoid and other types of leukemia) by bone marrow puncture, and was no more than 19 years old; 2. The father or mother of the child participating in the study was the primary caregiver of the child, caring for the child for at least 4 hours a day, at least 5 days a week; 3. Parents with a score of >=34 on the simplified fear disease progression scale were identified as FoP positive if they reached the defined level of clinical significance; 4. The parents of the child have no communication barriers and can understand the content of the questionnaire; 5. Parents who have informed consent to participate in this study and are willing to sign a privacy protection agreement;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of mental illness or severe cognitive impairment; 2. Patients with other major physical diseases in the family; 3. Parents who refused to participate in this study or other studies; 4. Parents of children who failed to complete the study;
