A group:Traditional Patient-Controlled Intravenous Analgesia (PCIA)
B group:Non-chloramine ketamine cocktail therapy (peripheral blockade anti-inflammatory)
C group:Cocktail therapy with esketamine (peripheral blockade, anti-inflammatory, central blockade)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 50-75 years, ASAI.-III. class; 2. Preoperative Numeric Score (NRS) for Resting Pain (NRS) <=3 points; 3. No history of esketamine allergy, psychiatric illness, joint infection or severe liver and kidney insufficiency.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation dysfunction and anatomical abnormalities of the peripheral nerve of the prosthesis (such as MRI showing that the distance between the nerve and the prosthesis is <5mm); 2. History of long-term use of opioids or anti-epileptic drugs.
