Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: Age >= 18 years and <= 80 years; 2. Diagnosis: Confirmed diagnosis of colorectal cancer or inflammatory bowel disease (such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis), with a clear diagnosis according to international standards; 3. Pathological evidence: Provide pathological tissue samples, or have consent for tissue sample collection; 4. Informed consent: Willing to sign an informed consent form, acknowledging the purpose and process of participating in this study; 5. Lifestyle assessment: Able to cooperate with dietary surveys and related assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious comorbidities: patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, liver diseases, kidney diseases, etc. that affect the study; 2. Recent surgery: patients who have undergone other major surgeries within the last 6 months; 3. Received tumor chemotherapy or radiotherapy: patients who have received chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 6 months before the start of this study; 4. Mental illness: patients with a history of severe mental illness or cognitive impairments that affect their understanding and participation in the study; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women: women who are pregnant or breastfeeding during the study period.
