18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be over 18 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Elective endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 3. ASAI-III level; 4. Follow the ASA guidelines for abstaining from eating and drinking; 5. Obtain informed consent from patients or their close relatives;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. BMI>=40; 3. Patients who are unable to cooperate and cannot be placed in the right decubitus position; 4. Preoperative administration of drugs that potentially affect gastrointestinal motility (e.g., opioids);
