Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the relevant diagnostic criteria for GPP and PV; 2. Aged between 18 and 80 years; 3. Signed informed consent; 4. Normal cognitive function and able to cooperate in completing the clinical assessments and follow-ups required for this study; 5. Complete clinical data and able to provide detailed medical history, treatment history, and imaging examination results.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, and other skin diseases; 2. Those who have received systemic immunosuppressive therapy or systemic corticosteroid therapy within the 6 months prior to enrollment; 3. Patients with abnormal cardiac, liver, or kidney function; 4. Patients with concurrent tuberculosis infection, respiratory infections, or other acute or chronic infections; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
