Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years; 2. Diagnosed with gynecological tumor and undergoing surgical treatment; 3. B-ultrasound showed venous thrombosis of the lower extremities; 4. Venous thromboembolism Risk Assessment Form (Caprini Assessment Form) in and/or surgical patients >=5 points; 5. Have pulmonary vascular CTA examination results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of cognitive dysfunction; 2. There is a restriction of activity; 3. Preoperative pulmonary embolism; 4. The case data is incomplete.
