Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for eosinophilic sinusitis with nasal polyps (pathological examination of polyp specimens showing Eos > 10/HPF); 2. Underwent endoscopic expanded sinus surgery; 3. Postoperative follow-up and medical treatment; 4. Postoperative treatment with dupilumab;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete medical records.
