Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for interviewed nurses: (1) Having at least 3 years of experience in hand and foot surgery nursing; (2) Have good logical thinking and expression skills; (3) Voluntarily participate in this research. 2.Inclusion criteria for interviewed nursing managers: (1) Engaged in hand and foot surgery nursing management for >=5 years; (2) Have good logical thinking and expression skills; (3) Voluntarily participate in this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for interviewed nurses: (1) Non-employed nurses of this hospital; (2) Nurses who are not on duty due to further studies outside, maternity leave, sick leave or other reasons. 2. Exclusion criteria for interviewing nursing managers: (1) Non-employed nurses of this hospital; (2) Nurses who are not on duty due to further studies outside, maternity leave, sick leave or other reasons.
