Psychological care: Providing routine psychological care, dynamically observing patients' emotional changes, and offering targeted psychological counseling (such as comforting and encouraging patients
Discharge guidance: Detailedly explaining the precautions for patients after discharge (including diet, exercise, and medication) to them.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years; (2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for diabetic foot as outlined in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Diabetic Foot" ; (3) Diabetic foot severity classified as Wagner grade 2-3; (4) Clear consciousness with basic writing ability; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with comorbid malignancies or severe impairment of organs such as the liver and kidneys; (2) Patients with severe mental illnesses or hearing/language communication barriers; (3) Patients who withdrew from the study due to failure to complete all writing requirements or were lost to follow-up during the research period; (4) Patients currently participating in other clinical trials.
