Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage as outlined in the "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases in China (2019)" and confirmed by imaging examinations such as CT and MRI; 2. First onset of the disease, with a duration of = level 3; 6. Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) <= level 2; 7. Family consent and voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe mental and cognitive disorders who are unable to cooperate; 2. Diseases that impair lower limb movement such as lower limb fractures and lower limb venous thrombosis; 3. Those with a history of epilepsy or other serious neurological or cardiac diseases are not suitable for the study; 4. Those with malignant tumors.
